Check out the best prices on nappies & wipes plus Boots Baby Event!

Still unpacking boxes, with a cold but getting there. I’ve moved quite a few times in the last 7 years since I met John but why do I keep packing the same old rubbish to take to the next house????

We’re also potty training Jack. He has been using the potty every morning for a couple of months now but we are going full on, ready for nursery in September. He’s doing really well. An accident here and there – just need to stop wearing nappies when we go out – any tips or a recommended travel potty you use would be gratefully received 🙂

I’ve updated the prices for nappies, wipes and formula. I bought two jumbo+ packs for £18 in Tesco today. This great deal is also available in ASDA.

Cheapest deals on nappies and wipes plus a bouncy castle for just £24.99!!

I think we’ve had all weathers this week and all the family have had some sort of cough or cold with a bit of hayfever thrown in. I spent Saturday afternoon at the walk-in centre with Jack who had a high temperature that just wasn’t going down. Tip, call 111 and ask them to book an appointment to avoid 3-4 hours wait!!

We are looking to complete on our house purchase at the end of the month so the packing and selling everything we own on eBay has started. I HATE moving house with a passion but I’m really looking forward to living in our lovely new home 🙂

Enjoy the rest of the week and have a relaxing weekend.

Best deals on nappies, wipes and formula plus Boots baby event!

The last few days have been spent indoors as Jack has croup. It’s not very nice but he’s been a very brave boy and taken all his medicine and is slowly on the mend.

While having lots of cuddles, I’ve updated the nappies, wipes and formula pages.  Boots have a baby event starting on Wednesday 14th October so I’ll update any prices that have changed. Deals on Pampers and Johnson’s Baby are included in the event.

Not quite a deal of the week but if you were planning to have a little firework display at home then Aldi have a selection on sale in their specialbuys on Thursday 15th October.

*My Mummy Deal of the Week*

Lego is a big hit in our house and there are lots of sets reduced in the ASDA George up to half price toy sale. I love the Disney Frozen ice castle of course 🙂

Along with the Boots event starting tomorrow, Sainsbury’s will be starting their toy sale on Wednesday 21st October. It’s normally quite good so pop the date in your diary.

Best deals on nappies, wipes and formula this week

Over the last couple of days I’ve been desperately trying to sort out some of Jack’s baby toys to sell or take to the charity shop with little success. As fast as I’m putting them in a bag, Jack is pulling them out. Then I had the genius idea of putting out of his reach – forgetting for a second that he climbs everything. Why do boys want to climb everything or is it girls too??

There have been lots of mid-season sales running the last couple of weeks. Have you been been grabbing some bargains for Christmas?

Along with all the sales, Pampers Wonder Week has been running. It finishes tomorrow (7th October) so don’t miss out on the great deals on wipes and nappies, found at most retailers. Some of these deals are included in the nappies, wipes and formula updates this week.

The kids travel blow up bed is back in Aldi’s specialbuy event on Thursday 8th October. These were really popular when previously on sale, a bargain at £19.99!

Aldi Baby Event Review

Jack and I popped to the Aldi baby event earlier this morning (8.30am!!!) to have a good look on what was available plus I’ve done a little video on my Facebook post.

I bought two boxes of the baby wipes at £5.99, some pull-up nappies for £2.99, nappy sacks for a great 89p and their new disposable change mats for £1.99. I also bought two packs of their new toddler wipes, ready for potty training as you can flush down the loo, just 59p each.
