We are more than happy to answer any questions you have about our products or the ordering process. Just contact us and we'll get right back to you.
Our aim is to despatch within 1-2 days from receipt of order, with delivery 3-5 days after that. We don't currently offer express delivery but do contact us if you have a specific requirement and we'll see what we can do. We do not ship internationally.
Our standard rate is £4.45 per order. Orders over 1kg in weight may incur additional charges but we will contact you if this is the case. We offer free delivery for all orders over £40. These rates only cover mainland UK, Northern Ireland and some islands.
All our products are sourced from manufactures with the highest standards. Products, especially those for children, meet all relevant standards. We are happy to answer any questions on specific products prior to order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Items which are damaged, faulty or incorrect must be returned within 30 days of receipt. In order to have postage costs refunded, the parcel must be returned only by standard delivery. We advise you to keep the postage receipt until you receive your refund if applicable.
Any item returned that was sold on discount will be refunded at this value. If a replacement item is requested, the price charged will be the live price at the time the product is replaced.
You can change your mind about a non-faulty item and return it to us for a refund, however the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, will not be refunded. Please return the item together with your returns slip and we will process the refund/exchange within 72 hours.
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as expected, please contact us first by email on firstname.lastname@example.org and state your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue. We may be able to issue a refund/replacement without a return (we may require photos in this instance). If you do need to return the product in this instance, we will refund the postage charge.
