The Gro Anywhere blackout blind arrived yesterday. Jack’s room is completely black now. We have lined curtains and a lined blind but the light was coming in around the edge. Mind, he still woke up at 4.33am but hopefully we have a better night tonight. Cheapest in Smyths at £19.99 and Boots for £22.49 at the moment.

I just want to highlight a couple of great deals. I bought the Tomy AquaDoodle in Argos today for £9.99. I’ve been wanting to get him one for ages and couldn’t turn down a half price deal. Even better I bought with my Nectar points so it didn’t cost me a penny!!

I’ve also spotted these recreation mats in Early Learning, now reduced to £10 from £18. Fab quality and great for indoors or the garden.
